About Our LogoWe use the traditional symbol for Balance. We strive for balance in our physical health and our relationships.
The ubiquitous yin-yang symbol holds its roots in Taosim/Daosim, a Chinese religion and philosophy. The yin, the dark swirl, is associated with shadows, femininity, and the trough of a wave; the yang, the light swirl, represents brightness, passion, and growth. |
Groups: Little Dragons and Teen
We offer two weekly groups for Martial Arts and Mental Health. Our Tuesday night session, Little Dragons, is for children ages 3 to 12 and our Wednesday night session, for Teens, is for ages 13 to 18+. During our group sessions, we combine therapy and the arts, in order to teach self-control, anger management, stress and anxiety reduction, coping skills, life and communication skills, positive peer interactions and emotional regulation.
